Custom Order Proof Approval

All custom orders include a digital proof to review and approve prior to production.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will happily work with you to resolve any issues, including damage caused during shipment. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order so that we may address the situation in a timely manner.

  • Facebook direct message - 1 to 12 hour response time, 7 days a week

  • Contact form - response - 1 to 12 hour response time, Monday - Friday

For non-customized products, please get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return. If the item is eligible for return, we will guide you through the process of returning the item to us.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received, including their original packaging. Returns must be received at our warehouse or postmarked en route to us within 30 days of the initial delivery.



Due to the nature of custom products, returns are not accepted. All sales are considered final for custom orders. For issues with your order, please refer to our Satisfaction Guarantee.



The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank's policies. Typically, it takes approximately 5-10 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. For more specific information, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly.



You must submit a cancelation request within 12 hours of purchase to cancel your order or a product within your order. We will do our best to cancel your order and provide you with an update on the status of your request. However, please understand that cancelation requests are not guaranteed, as production may have already begun.

To request a cancelation, please contact us using one of the first two contact methods listed above.

All custom orders can be canceled or changed prior to proof approval. After you have approved your digital proof, no more changes or cancelations are accepted.
